Bob has an engineering degree from The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin with a specialization in the management of information technology. He carries both Microsoft and Linux certifications as well as vendors certifications from Cisco and HP. He has worked extensively in consulting for small and medium businesses since his first network administrator job in 1993.
